Adding a phone call button to your website is a simple but powerful way to make it easier for visitors to reach you instantly. In this guide, we’ll show you how to add a phone call button in Hostinger Website Builder in just a few steps.
Step 1: Log In to Hostinger
Start by logging in to your Hostinger account. From the dashboard, navigate to the Websites section. Find the site you built with Hostinger Website Builder and click Edit Website.
Step 2: Add a New Section and Button
Once inside the editor, create a blank section where you’d like to place the button. Then:
- Click Add Element
- Drag and drop the Button element into the new section
- Resize and position the button as needed
Step 3: Customize the Button
Click the button to open the settings panel:
- Edit the Button Text, e.g., “Call Us”
- In the Link section, choose Phone Number
- Enter your phone number in the proper format (e.g., +1234567890)
This will ensure that when someone taps the button, their device will try to initiate a phone call.
Step 4: Update and Test
Click Update to save your changes. Visit your live site to test the button. When you hover over it, the phone number should appear in the corner of the browser, and clicking it should prompt a call action (like opening FaceTime on Mac).
