Creating an FAQ section in your Hostinger website can significantly improve user experience and reduce repetitive customer questions. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the exact steps to add and customize an FAQ section using the Hostinger Website Builder.
Step 1: Access Your Website
Start by logging into your Hostinger account. From your dashboard, go to the “Websites” tab and click the Edit Website button next to the site you want to update.
Step 2: Add the FAQ Section
Once inside the website builder:
- Hover between two existing sections until the “Add Section” button appears.
- Click Add Section.
- A new window will open on the left side. Scroll down to find the FAQ category.
- Browse through the available FAQ templates. Choose the layout that best fits your site. For this tutorial, we selected a layout with centered questions.
Step 3: Customize the FAQ Content
You can now edit the section:
- Double-click the FAQ text to update questions and answers.
- Use the formatting toolbar to change fonts, font sizes, colors, headings (H2–H6), bold, italics, underlines, lists, and even hyperlinks.
- You can align the text left, right, center, or justified depending on your design preference.
Step 4: Style the FAQ Section
To personalize the background:
- Click on the section, then select Edit Section.
- Choose from Color, Image, or Video as the background type.
- In this example, we chose a yellow color background for clarity.
Step 5: Publish Your Changes
Once you’re happy with the layout and styling:
- Click the Update Website button.
- View your site live to see the new FAQ section in action.
