Step 1: Log into Your Hostinger Account
Go to your Hostinger dashboard, select “Websites,” and click the “Edit Website” button next to the site you want to modify.
Step 2: Add a New Contact Page
Click on “Pages & Navigation” in the builder, then “Add Page.” From the menu, select one of the available Contact Us page templates — one with a form and one without. For this tutorial, we’re using the template that includes a contact form.
Step 3: Customize the Contact Form
- Click the form, then “Edit Form”
- Change the form name (e.g. “Contact Form – BenzTutorial.com”)
- Enter your email address to receive form submissions
- Add or remove form fields as needed (e.g. remove “Last Name”)
- Add new fields (short answer, paragraph, single or multiple choice)
- Make fields required when necessary
Step 4: Customize Form Button and Submission Settings
- Change the button text
- Choose the submission action: show a message or redirect to another page
- Style the button (color, size, borders, corner radius)
- Add animations if desired

Double-click the placeholder text and update your contact info: email address, phone number, and business hours. For the map, click on the map element, then “Edit Map,” and search for your business address (e.g. Eiffel Tower).
Step 6: Add Social Media Links
Click on the social icons block → Edit Icons → Add or delete links to your profiles. You can also reorder icons and change their color.
Step 7: Publish Your Changes
Once you’re done, click “Update Website” to publish your new Contact Us page. The new page will be automatically added to your site’s navigation menu.
